Exclusive 123 m² Apartment in Benet Mateu street

124 m² · 11 m² terrace · 4 rooms · 2 bathrooms

We present this exclusive 123,5 m² apartment, a spacious, bright and well-distributed home with several features that make it truly special.

The living–dining room stands out for its generous proportions and the morning light that enters through the large windows, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start of the day. The space is well arranged with distinct living and dining areas in a clean, neutral style. From here, there is access to a 12 m² terrace overlooking a quiet interior courtyard, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The wooden boards currently laid on the terrace can be removed, allowing the outdoor space to be customised. The natural wood parquet flooring provides warmth and visual continuity throughout the home.
The independent, fully equipped kitchen offers a practical layout with good storage capacity and convenient access from the main living area.

The apartment features four bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. Two of them face the interior courtyard and receive direct light. The main bedroom also offers flexibility, as it can be enlarged by removing the plasterboard wall currently used to create an additional office-type space.
The property is completed by two full bathrooms and a building equipped with an elevator, ensuring day-to-day comfort.

Located in Plaza Artós, in Sarrià, this property combines a privileged setting with tranquillity, services and excellent quality of life.

Location

Sarriá is located in Barcelona’s zona alta near the Collserolla Natural Park. It was originally an affluent small town that was annexed to Barcelona at the beginning of the 20th century. It is for that reason that it has a charm difficult to find in elsewhere in Barcelona. Its church, which dates back to the 10th century, presides over a beautiful square where locals have breakfast or lunch al fresco. Its mostly pedestrian main street is filled with small delis, pastry shops, small restaurants, beauty salons, boutiques.... It has a century-old market which has recently been renovated and its parks are some of the city’s largest and most impressive: the Santa Amelia park, the Oreneta Park or the Collserola Park, whose Carretera de las Aguas attracts families, senior residents, cyclists or marathon runners alike; its 21 km (12.4 m) road is ideal for walking, running or biking and the views are simply breathtaking. Sarriá is also home to some of Barcelona’s best schools including Teresianas, San Ignacio, Oak House, BenjaminFranklin. In addition, it has an excellent transportation system, which includes buses and trains (Barcelona’s Ferrocarrils), and, as is the case with the other neighborhoods in the zona alta, one can easily access the rondas, highways and the airport.
