The villa is in the middle of nature and located between two seas; On one side is Playa de Migjorn and on the other side is the Es Caló area. Both areas have wonderful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, providing the possibility of carrying out multiple water activities (diving, fishing, walks, romantic sunsets, etc, etc...).

Decorated with quality furnishings and to a chic international style, Villa Leonor features a spacious living area with flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven and dishwasher, and a dining area overlooking the garden .

In the house there are 4 double bedrooms, 4 bath rooms , sleeping a total of 10-11 people. Also, there is an additional provisory 5th room if needed on the first floor .

On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, one with an extra foldaway bed, a terrace and an en suite bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, and an extra bed with a terrace and an ensuite bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms in total.

On the upper floor there is another living area . Villa Leonor has wifi and air conditioning.

Set in 25.000 m2 of private grounds, there are large gardens with swimming pool and a parking area on site. Sea view of the White Island From the Upper terrace ,The house has 4 large outdoor patio areas, perfect for al fresco dining.

Nearby Cala Es Calo is one of the many stunning beaches on the island, 5 minutes walk ,,where you will find restaurants, bars and a supermarket, some on the beachfront, The beach of Migjorn, with its trendy bars and restaurants is easily accessible at only 10 minutes walk away. La Savina & the port can be reached easily in 5 minutes by car.
