Manor house in Av. Tibidabo
This magnificent manor house maintains its essence. It has been accumulating history for centuries. The history of Barcelona.
It is in a great area. One foot away from Av. Tibidabo and Pl. Kennedy. It has four floors, a garden and several terraces. The ground floor of the house is an open and bright loft fully equipped, with independent access from the street.
We enter the garden and find a corridor of mulberry trees and modernist decorations on the walls. On the right hand side, we find a staircase that leads us to the main door. Continuing through the garden, we find the widest part of it, with a pergola and another access to the house. A pool would fit perfectly in this space.
The ground floor, as we have mentioned, is an independent space but it would require little cost to reunify it. When entering through the main door we are transported to the past, since this part of the house largely maintains the modernist essence of the house. Both the second and third floors have terraces. The third floor is basically a tower on the roof of which is the most elevated terrace of the house.
The garden is an oasis of freshness in summer and the sunny terraces a relief in cold weather.
The area is unbeatable, surrounded by embassies, international schools, gastronomy, the Barcino Tennis Club, Av. Tibidabo station, parks ...
